Write about your worst driving experience.
If you drive a vehicle there’s bound to be that one trip or incident that wasn’t so great.
You can populate your song by asking yourself:
- Who was with you?
- Where were you?
- Why did it happen?
- What happened next?
If you don’t drive think about a driving experience from a book or a film. Fill your song with:
- Who’s the character driving?
- Were there any passengers?
- What did they feel?
- What happened?
Tell the story in the verses and convey the emotion in the chorus. Surprise us in the bridge by giving us a whole new perspective on what happened.
